Session One: Saturday, December 8, 2018, 10:00 am – Noon — COB Nomination Process Workshop.
Attendees will learn where and how to access official information, understand required steps for
organizational and individual nominations, and know the method, location, and timing requirements for
filing nominations by the December 18, 2018, deadline.

Session Two: Thursday, January 3, 2019, 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm — COB Nominee Information Form Technical
Assistance Open House. Attendees may stop in for assistance in understanding how to complete the
supplemental information form due January 4, 2019.

Session Three: Saturday, January 5, 2019, 10:00 am – Noon — COB Candidate Selection Process
Briefing. Attendees will be updated with the latest publically available information for how the Metro
Council plans to vet and select COB finalist from qualified nominations.

Venue: The Fine Arts Room of the Susie McClure Library.

required for knowing, intelligent, strategic and effective participation in this historic opportunity for
shared power in and responsibility for community safety.
